|How do I order through the BAG Store?
1. To add an item to your shopping cart, enter the quantity then click the Add to Cart button.
2. When you're finished shopping, click the Proceed to Checkout.
3. Next, enter shipping information (location where the order will be shipped). Click the Proceed to Shipping Calculation button.
4. Next, click the Proceed to Payment Information button.
5. Enter Billing and Credit Card information. Click the Check out button.
6. The BAG Store will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.
You will receive a confirming E-Mail shortly after placing your order. Please print it and refer to the invoice number for any inquiries. A Tracking Number will be sent to you via E-Mail after your product has shipped.
Is there a limit to the quantity I can purchase?
No. The BAG Store is set up for purchases of up to 1000 Bags!
Orders Placed will ship within 2 business days!
If you would like to order larger quantities, please call 800-331-9200 and we will process your larger order.
Yes. After you add an item to the Shopping Cart you can continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping button.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. However, some multiple product orders may ship out separately.
You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
However, BAG orders Not Equipment $500. or over will ship for FREE!
Can I return products that I do not want or use?
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by the BAG Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund only if they are defective. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please call our Customer Service number at 800-331-9200 to talk to a representative who can assist and guide you through the process. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not the fault of BAG Corp®. Customer pays all return freight costs.
Refunds will only be issued after we have received and inspected the product.
How do I cancel an order?
Once your order has been authorized and shipped, it is considered final. To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please call us immediately at 800-331-2000
Can I ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, if you need to ship internationally, please call 800-331-9200 to make special arrangements for your shipment.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No. The BAG Store does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Is Customer Support available?
BAG Store Customer Support is available 8:00 - 5:00 CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Customer Support is available via email through the www.bagcorpstore.com contact page.
